​Using  our bespoke  technology  which  combines  text  and  images,  our  team  of    fully  trained Inventory  Assessors  ensure  that  your  reports  are  available  within  24  hours  of  their  visit.  Our  reports  are  of  the  highest  quality:  detailed,  arranged  in  table  
format,  making  them  straight  forward  and  easy  to  understand.    Digital  photos  are  supplied  at  no  extra  cost,  providing  a  visual  record  as  well  as    written  notes. On average our reports contain a minimum of 200 photos.  Every  one  of  our  Assessors  has  to  have  completed  an  exclusive  and  rigorous  training  programme  (including  several  supervised  inventories)  before  producing  their  first  report.  We  strive  to  provide  our  clients  with  the  most  efficient,  reliable  and  professional  service.    Under  legislation,  tenants’  deposits  should  be  protected  by  a  regulated  agent  and  disputes  about  their  return  will  be  resolved  swiftly,  inexpensively  and  impartially.  However,  to  reach  a  resolution,  one  must  have  an  independent  inventory  in  place.    We  hold  the  necessary  professional  indemnity  and  public  liability  insurance,  providing  our  clients  with  complete  peace  of  mind.
